Our Mission
CCI manning strategy is based on CCI being an administrative hub and each Client’s manning pool then being a satellite of CCI. The Client, through this satellite system, thereby has its own dedicated workforce of Seafarer’s who, from the initial recruitment stage, are treated as the Client’s exclusive employees.
The only occasions where Seafarers may re-apply to another company is when promotion is no longer available with the Client or where a Seafarer has completed his leave and no vacancy exists within the Client’s fleet. Continuity of manning is our goal, producing a satisfactory return rate of known crew each Client.

The Philippine Office
CCI’s office space is conveniently located at CrewCare Building, U.N. Avenue cor. Alhambra Streets, Ermita, Manila. It consists three main departments, namely:
- Crewing
- Accounts
- Administration
