The Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS), a non-stock maritime school organized to provide educational and training services conforming to the STCW 1995 Standards and to the national requirements, sealed its partnership with our company through the signing of Memorandum of Agreement on February 4, 2010.
The Cadetship Program will continue with the AIMS where a lot of our cadets and young officers come from the upgraded program of our company. We will conduct initial screenings of Cadet’s who will officially be recommended to the cadetship program. Candidates will be selected on our absolute discretion/satisfaction and according to our requirements. In addition they will be provided support as needed during the Cadetship Training. Both the Crewcare and AIMS will monitor the performance of the cadets and periodic reports will be made.
Crewcare, Inc. will arrange the placement/employment of selected cadets after the satisfactory completion of the cadetship program as and when needed.
